Safety railings and gates in Wollongong and the Illawarra

Railings keep people out of the path of forklifts and trucks. We supply and fit modular rails and self-closing gates. We mount them after the line marking goes down, or on their own, just as you need them.

What we fit

• Modular double rail in yellow, with returns back to the wall.
• Self-closing safety gates, powder coated yellow, at about 900 mm wide.
• Posts, wall connections and flanges, drilled and fixed on site.
• Bollards beside the rail, if the site needs them.

A rail only works if people use the gate. At WesTrac in Wollongong, a gate went into the return against the wall. Staff leaving the office door turn left and go straight through it.

Work we've done

At WesTrac in Wollongong: about 3.4 metres of front double rail, with 2.2 metre returns each side and a self-closing gate. Then a second run, about 6.2 metres of double rail with a 1.4 metre return and another gate, in yellow to match.

Can you do the line marking too?

Yes. We mount the rails after the lines go down, so it's all done by the one company.

Do you need to see the site first?

Yes. The rails and gates are ordered to suit your site, so we measure first and send you a written price.
