Warehouse walkways and floor markings

Floor markings show people where to walk and forklifts where to drive. Each site's layout is different, and we mark the layout your site has chosen.

What gets marked

  • Pedestrian walkways, solid green or yellow with edge lines
  • Pedestrian crossings where people cross forklift routes
  • Forklift lanes, aisle lines and forklift parking areas
  • Red chevrons and no-go areas at doors, docks and racking
  • Stencils: walking man, Watch Out For Forklift, NO ENTRY and arrows
  • Storage and pallet areas

Colours

On the floors we've marked, walkways are mostly green or yellow, no-go areas red, and lanes yellow. Your site decides the colours, and we mark to them.

Getting the floor ready

Where the floor needs it, we pressure wash it first so the lines hold. Old lines are taken off before the new layout goes down.

Keeping the floor working

We can mark in sections so part of the floor stays in use, and we work nights, weekends and shutdowns.

Signs on the wall

The same crew can do the lines on the floor and the signs on the wall, in the same visit.
